PAY SCALE : Rs 5400-10850/- (due for revision from 01.01.2007) + Industrial pattern of DA, other statutory
benefits, Contributory Superannuation Benefit, Insurance, House Building & Conveyance advance and other
allowances. The current Cost to Company (CTC) at the minimum of the pre- revised scale of pay,
works out to approximately Rs 3.0 Lakhs P.A.
QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:
STAFF NURSE - B.Sc. Nursing with minimum 50% marks. Minimum one years’ experience as
Staff Nurse in a reputed hospital. Preference would be given to candidates who have worked in an
Occupational Health Centre.
INDUSTRIAL HYGIENIST – Post-Graduate in Organic Chemistry or Graduate in Environment Science, with
minimum 60% marks. Minimum one years’ experience as Industrial Hygienist in a reputed Hospital/Industry.
Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in Occupational Health Centre.
Qualification for the above posts should be from a full time programme of recognized Indian University.
Experience shall be excluding apprenticeship and training period as reckoned on 01.07.2010.
