(ii) Should possess a speed of not less than 8000 keys depressions per hour for Data Entry Work.
(b) Lab Technician (Computer Science & Engg.):-
(i) Three Years Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering from a recognized board / Institution.
(ii) Two years professional experience in an Industry / profession / Autonomous Body / Organization.
(c) Lab Technician (Electronics & Electrical Communication Engg.):-
(i) Three Years Diploma in Electronics & Electrical Communication Engineering from a recognized board / Institution.
(ii) Two years professional experience in an Industry / profession / Autonomous Body / Organization.
(d) Workshop Mechanic:-
(i) Diploma of three years’ duration in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Board / Institution.
(ii) One Year Experience in the relevant trade.
OR
(i) ITI Certificate of two years in Machinist / Fitter trade.
(ii) Two years’ experience in the relevant trade.
(e) Workshop Assistant:-
Diploma of Three Years duration in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Board / Institution. OR
(i) ITI Certificate of two years in machinist / foundry from a recognized Board / Institution.
(ii) One Year Experience in relevant trade.
(f) Lab Assistant (Computer Science & Engg.):-
Diploma of Three Years duration in Computer Science & Engineering from a recognized Board / Institution. OR
(i) ITI Certificate of two years in Computer trade from a recognized Board / Institution.
(ii) One Year Experience in relevant trade.
(g) Lab Assistant (Electronics & Electrical Communication Engg.):-
Diploma of Three Years duration in Electronics & Communication Engineering from a recognized Board / Institution. OR
(i) ITI Certificate of two years in Electronics from a recognized Board / Institution.
(ii) One Year Experience in relevant trade.
2. AGE:-
Between 18-25 years as on 01-01-2010, relaxable as per Govt. instructions.
3. Application Fee:-
Rs. 100/- in the shape of Pay Order / D.D. payable at Chandigarh in favour of Principal, CCET, Chandigarh.
NOTE:-
(i) For short listing the applications, written test will be conducted, if required.
(ii) NO TA/DA will be paid for attending the test / interview.
(iii) The SCs and OBCs candidates applying for unreserved posts are not entitled to any relaxation in upper age limit and in application fee.
