WALK- IN- PERSONAL DISSCUSION
The following posts are to be filled up for various research activities of “Centre for
Promotion of Nutrition Research and Training with Special Focus on North-East,
Tribal and Inaccessible Population” on purely temporary basis at its New Delhi Office.
(1) POST – Research Assistant – (Two) upto 28 years of age at a fixed
salary of Rs.10,700/- p.m. Qualifications - M.Sc. Nutrition or Biochemistry or
Chemistry Nature of Duties - To undertake laboratory work and assist in
coordination of research activities.
(2) POST - DEO-cum-Office Assistant –(THREE)(Grade B)(One post reserved
for OBC & One post reserved for handicapped with 40% disabilities and other one
post for General category) upto 28 years of age at a fixed salary of Rs. 9,630/- p.m.
Qualifications- Graduate with knowledge of data entry work. Nature of Duties-
Entry of data and to assist in office related work.
(3) POST – Lab. Technician – (TWO) (One reserved for OBC) upto 28 years of
age at a fixed salary of Rs. 9,630/- p.m. Qualifications- B.Sc./Intermediated with
diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or High School with 5 years Lab
experience. Nature of Duties- To assist in Laboratory work.
(4) POST – Lab. Attendant – (ONE) upto 28 years of age at a fixed salary of
Rs. 5,887/- p.m. Qualifications- VIII Class with relevant experience. Nature of
Duties - To assist in the lab work at ICMR Central Lab.
The duration is One year initially with periodical evaluation. [
The appointment is terminable with One month notice from either side without
assigning any reason. Since the project is purely temporary, the incumbents selected will
have no claim for regular appointments under ICMR or continuation of his/her services in
any other project. No benefit of Provident Fund, HRA, CCA, Leave Travel Concession,
Medical Claim etc. Age relaxation for SC, ST & OBC as per Govt. Rules. No TA/DA
etc. will be given to attend the walk- in-personal discussion.
