FEE:Fee Payable (Non-refundable) for Sr. Resident and Jr. Resident Post:
Rs. 500/- for General/OBC candidates in the form of Demand Draft/Pay order, in favour of
Medical Superintendent, SGM Hospital, payable at Delhi. SC/ST candidates are exempted from
payment of fee
HOW TO APPLY:Intrested candidate may apply in the prescribed
format along with demand draft, attested copies of all
testimonials and certificates. List of documents i.e. Date of
birth Certificate (Matric certificate), MBBS, Internship certificate, Degree/Diploma, Caste
Certificate DMC registration and proof of permanent address
Last Date: Application, completed in all respect must reach the office of the Medical
Superintendent, Sanjay Gandhi Memorial Hospital, Mangol Puri, Delhi-110083 by 05.01.2013
