Recruitment of Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs):IFFCO

Upper age limit :- 30 Years as on 1st August, 2010 .
Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST category and 3 years for OBC category not belonging to creamy layer.
Training Period :- The duration of training will be one year.
Compensation
(a) During training, stipend and other benefits will be paid as per the Rules of IFFCO / its subsidiaries / Joint Ventures.
(b) On successful completion of one year training and subject to our manpower requirement, candidates may be appointed in suitable regular pay scales as per the Rules of IFFCO / its subsidiaries / Joint Ventures.
(c) The Trainees at the time of joining will have to furnish a bond, if applicable as per the rules.

General
i) In addition to Basic Pay, IDA, NPA and other benefits & allowances will be paid as per the rules of the society. The present CTC is Rs.11Lacs(approx)
ii) In lieu of HRA, Org. accommodation will be provided in IFFCO Township.
iii) Private Practice will not be allowed.
iv) The position is transferable in any of the existing or future establishments of IFFCO at anytime.
v) Outstation candidates called for interview will be paid to and fro journey by 2nd AC rail or bus fare.
vi) Age relaxable by 5 yrs for SC/ST and 3 yrs for OBC candidates.
