Emoluments:
For Senior Residents:
PB -3 (Rs. 15600-39100) p.m. + Rs. 6600(GP) + other allowances
For Junior Residents:
PB -3 (Rs. 15600-39100) p.m. + Rs. 5400(GP) + other allowances
Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit: 40Years for Sr. resident and Jr. Resident as on 01.01.2012
For Senior Residents: MBBS with post graduate Degree/Diploma in the concerned specialty
from a recognized university and registered with Delhi Medical Council and the candidate must
not have completed 03 years Senior Residency in any hospital in India.
In case where no fresh candidates are available, candidates who have completed 3
years of Senior Residency and are willing to serve as SR, shall be allowed to appear in the
interview. A separate merit list will be prepared .for fresh candidates and for those
candidates who have already completed 3 years of Senior Residency. At the first, the list
of fresh candidates would be exhausted for appointment as SR and then the second list
candidates would be called for appointment
The candidates from the second list will be appointed for 1 year only it would not be
renewable after 1 year
For Junior Residents: MBBS/BDS from recognized university and registered with Delhi
Medical Council Delhi/Delhi Dental Council. Must not have completed 01 year Jr. Residency in
any recognized institution. The candidate having completed compulsory rotary internship shall be
given preference. Junior residents who have completed one year of Junior Residency shall
also be allowed to appear in the interview and will be offered residency only if no fresh
junior residents are available for a further period of one year maximum on adhoc basis.
There would be no extension for any junior resident beyond one year. Post graduate
doctors who are interested to serve as JR s will be allowed to join as JR if fresh graduates
are not available
Interested candidates for
SR/JR and submit the applications completed in all respects by 15.02.2012 in the office of
Medical Superintendent, Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital, Khichripur, Delhi-110091, alongwith
attested copies of testimonials and fees of Rs.200/-(Rs. Two hundred only) non refundable in the
form of demand draft in favour of Medical Superintendent, Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital,
Khichripur, Delhi-110091. The fee is applicable for General & OBC candidates only. List of
eligible candidates will be displayed on the Notice Board of L.B.S. Hospital, Khichripur, Delhi-
110091 on 18.02.2012 at 11:30
