APPOINTMENTS
Application are invited from Indian Nationals for preparation of panel for the purpose of making appointment as principal counselor/ counselors for the family court in Delhi. The candidates must possess the qualification as prescribed in rule 11 of the Delhi family court rules, 1996, which read as under:
“A person shall not be qualified for appointment as a counselor unless the possesses the following qualifications, namely:
(i) Degree in social sciences as social welfare, sociology, clinical psychiatry, psychology/ philosophy preferly with a degree in law
(ii) At least five years experience in field work/research or in attaching in government dept. or in the college/university or a comparable academic institute ,with special reference to problems of women and children
Or
Five years experience in the examination and/or application of central/state laws relating to marriage divorce maintenance ,guardianship and adoption and other family disputes.
The Principal counsllor shall be paid Rs.30000/-per month and the counsellor shall be paid Rs.25000/-
Per month as consolidated fee. The appointment shall be made initially for one year or contract basis’
And shall not confer any right of regular appointment. It is a full time assignment
.The appointment will be liable to be terminated at the discretion of the high court without
Assigning any reason.

Personal in the establishment branch , Delhi High court, or sent by Registered AD post to the Registrar General b ,Delhi High court, Sher Shah Road ,New Delhi-110003,so as to reach on or before
02/02/2010.
The shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview on a date to be intimated later .
The selected candidate will be required to join at short notice.
