Applications on the prescribed proforma are invited for filling up the following posts on contractual basis under

Note: (1) Last date for receipt of applications is 28-01-2010. Applications received after closing date and applications
incomplete in any respect will not be entertained.
(2) Posts may increase/decrease. These posts may be discontinued at any time depending upon the work load,
requirement or validity of the project.
(3) The posts will be place specific and non-transferable.
(4) Candidates should have passed subject of Punjabi upto Matric standard.
(5) Candidates for the posts mentioned at Sr. No. 1 to 7 should submit their applications complete in all respects
alongwith attested photocopies of all testimonials to Mission Director, NRHM, 5th Floor, Praayas Building,
Dakshin Marg, Sector 38-B, Chandigarh-160036.
(6) Candidates for the posts mentioned at Sr. No. 8 to 16 should submit their applications complete in all respects
alongwith attested photocopies of all testimonials to the concerned Civil Surgeon of the District where they
desire to serve.
(7) Applicants should clearly note that NRHM will not be responsible for non receipt of their applications or any
delay in receipt thereof on any account whatsoever.
(8) Reservation policy of the Govt. of Punjab will be followed in the recruitment of above categories of staff. In case
of vacancies of Staff Nurses and MPHW (Female) /ANMs reserved for SC (ESM), SC (Sports), BC (ESM) etc.,
if no suitable candidates are available, these vacancies will be filled up from the candidates belonging to SC
(Others) / SC (Balmiki/ Mazhbi Sikh / BC respectively ). So the candidates belonging to these categories can also
apply against these posts. Similarly in case of candidates belonging to Freedom Fighter (Gen), ESM (Gen), Sports
(Gen), PH (Gen) are not available, these posts would be filled up from the candidates belonging to General
category.

duties & responsibilities, station of posting and consolidated honorarium for each post alongwith application format can be obtained
