HSL is the pioneer Shipbuilding and Ship repair Yard engaged in building of all varieties of Ocean going Vessels, Offshore Structures and undertaking all kinds of Ship Repairs. The Company is looking for dynamic and result oriented executives with proven track record and professional competence for the following posts.

1. DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER (FINANCE) – 1 POST(OBC)

Should be an Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants / Cost Accountants or from Class-I Central Services like IA&AS, IRS, IDAS etc., with in depth knowledge and experience in Finance and Accounts Division in large Engineering Industry / Government Departments. Should have proven track record of experience in dealing with Banks / Financial Institutions/ Govt. Regulatory bodies on all matters having financial implications, Taxation matters and assist the Corporate Management in effective Financial Management.

OTHER CONDITIONS:

(i) Age – Below 48 years. However, the age limit may be relaxed by 5 years in case of exceptionally qualified/ experienced candidates

(ii) Experience – Should have at least 16 years experience with not less than 6 years at senior managerial position of which 2 years should be in the pay scale of Rs.32,900 – 58,000 ( Rs.16,000-400-20,800- Pre-revised scale) in PSUs with IDA pattern or equivalent scales.

(iii) Total emoluments at the minimum will be Rs. 57,854/- in the DGM Pay scale of Rs.36,600-62,000. (Revised from 01.01.2007)

2. DEPUTY MANAGER (FINANCE) – 1 Post (1- GEN)

A Graduate with a pass in the final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India with 6 Years post qualification experience out of which 2 years in the immediate lower grade in a large Industrial organization. Exposure in funds management/taxation preferable. Familiarity with computerized systems is desirable.

Age: Below 40 years Scale of Pay & Total emoluments at the Minimum of the Scale: Dy. Manager - Rs.24,900 –50,500; Rs. 39,324/-

3. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (FINANCE): 1 POST ( ST) Should possess minimum II class MBA (Finance) from a reputed University/ Management Institution. Familiarity with computerized systems is desirable. Age: Below 30 years ( 01.01.2010) Duration of Training : One Year Stipend during Training : Consolidated stipend of Rs.10,000/- (all inclusive) per month. Pay Scale & Designation after completion of training : Rs. 16,400 – 40,500 as Accounts Officer (E1) Candidates applied against our earlier advertisement dated 05.12.2009 need not apply again.
