 Walk-in-Interview will be conducted on 10th February 2010 at 2:30 PM in the office of Director, L.R.S. Institute of Tuberculosis and Respiratory Diseases for following contractual posts for National Reference Laboratories under RNTCPThe details of the posts are as under :-

           A. Essential qualifications for Microbiologist:


MD (Microbiology)/M.Sc. with Ph.D (Microbiology)
OR
MSc. (Microbiology)

B. Essential qualifications for Senior Laboratory Technician:
(1)10+2 with diploma or certificate course in Medical Laboratory technology or its equivalent from recognized centers. (2) With minimum 2 years experience of working in a Bacteriological Laboratory of repute (3) Must be in possession of permanent driving license for two wheelers. Desirable qualifications: (1) M.Sc in Medical Microbiology (2) Minimum one year experience in RNTCP work.

Remuneration :-
a.    Contractual Microbiologist with M.D. (Microbiology) or M.Sc with PhD (Microbiology) – Rs. 45,000/- per month.
b.    Contractual Microbiologist with M.Sc. (Microbiology) – Rs. 35,000/- per month.
c.    Senior Laboratory Technician – Rs. 15,000/- per month.
